Home Staging & Styling

Client Doug had a beautiful house in Walthamstow, London. The house had tenants but Doug wanted to sell the property.

Doug opted for my styling and staging service to prepare the house for sale and receive the maximum value for it.

I worked to a tight budget using some of Doug’s own furniture to keep costs down. I hired some missing pieces of furniture and accessories to dress and style the property ready for sale.

We opted for basic staging and styling including decluttering, painting & decorating, landscaping the garden and laying new flooring.

In the end, Doug had several offers to choose from and Penhryn Grove sold for comfortably over the asking price.

The Client, Doug Pearman

“Excellent. Day one was a game-changer. Within 90 minutes, Rosy had taken the measure of me and the house, and walked each of the rooms recommending practical and thoughtful add/remove/changes to show the house in its best light.”

The staging and styling process not only makes the house look attractive, it enables perspective buyers to visualise themselves in the space.

We freshened up the bathroom by decluttering, installing a a simpler floor and painting & decorating.

This project was a low budget renovation. In order to maximise its potential we cut cost by keeping the kitchen as it was but opted for a lighter flooring to make the kitchen feel larger.

Throughout the property we freshened up the walls with paint, new curtains, furniture and thoughtful organisation.
