Reimagining The Family Home
Shannon and James’ wanted a family home which followed a transitional style. They both like clean, neutral décor but also wanted a cosy and homely feel.
Example Costs
The examples below cover my design fee only. Materials, trades people, furniture etc are in addition.
Many clients also ask me to project manage on their behalf. For this, I typically charge 5% of the total project cost if it is a full renovation. If it is just a room/couple of rooms this can be priced on an individual basis.
